Account and preferences

We store your email address, account role, country, city and profile details you provide. Sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes and are stored as keyed hashes. Login cookies expire after 14 days. Language and location preferences are stored in cookies so your choices are remembered.

Listings, shops and enquiries

Information and photos you submit for a listing or shop may become public after review. Business registration details are available to administrators for verification and are not shown on public profiles. Do not submit Aadhaar, passports or other personal identity documents.

When you request a dealer response and consent, your name, phone and enquiry are shared with the shops identified by the form. An enquiry is not a purchase or a confirmed appointment.

Garage and safety

Garage registration details are masked. Location sharing runs only when you choose it. Anyone with a live-location link can view that location until the link expires, so share the link carefully. The stolen-report tool stores hashed registration and chassis identifiers; it is a community report lookup, not a police clearance.

Service providers and activity

Cloudflare hosts the website, database, uploaded photos and transactional email service. We record first-party page views, searches and feature activity to improve the service. Compare selections and the colour theme are stored on your device. There is no advertising tracking integration.

Your requests

For access, correction or deletion requests, email support@bikerdost.com from your account email. We may ask you to verify control of that address. Public photo credits may need to be retained to comply with their licences.
